Screen printing
Screen printing is a printing process in which the ink is printed using a rubber squeegee to press the paint through a fine-mesh textile fabric onto the material to be printed. The print format can be up to several meters in size and even formed objects can be printed. Alpha Signs developed a silkscreen process to print gold and silver onto an acrylic carrier with a extremely high gloss finish since 2005 and has been offering this technology in products mainly to the automotive and brewing industries ever since. This ground-breaking technology replaced much more expensive and less durable technologies used in illuminated advertising and offers outstanding durability outdoors.
