Laminating Details

All laminations are done with 5 - 7 year vinyls that are designed to withstand the outside weather. This is the same vinyl used for pin-striping, road signs, window signs, etc...

Colors - There are numerous colors to choose from:

 

Logo - This can be a picture, drawing, text arrangement or some sort of combination. Essentially, what ever it is, it must be traceable and given one or more color levels.

Font - All fonts that are of the True Type format are useable. Just identify your font and we will probably have it. Note that the letters used cannot have narrow spots of 1/8 th inch or less.

Custom Laminations - Are usually those sizes that are larger than our normal sizes. Custom laminations will be charged for setup and additional colors. Plus, we send you a copy of the proof before we do any cutting

Order Form -Press [Order Form] to pull up the order form. The Order Form is only designed to handle 1 order at a time.

Note that the Order Form is NOT on a secure site, so we recomend that you fax or mail us your credit card info.

Limitation - The vinyl is cut from a large sheet and narrow lines and/or small objects will stick to the cutting blade. Your object/s should never be less than 1/8 th of an inch.

Shipping - Our company is based in the middle of the country making all shipments at least 2 - 3 days at the most to all points within the continental United States. Normally, shipments are done via UPS, but can easily be done by U.S. Postal Service or FedEx.

Decals

Our decals come in 3 standard sizes: 9" x 4", 9" x 6", and 10" x 8".

We can also do custom sizes all the way up to 2' x 10'.

Mini Magnetic Car Signs

Our mini-magnetic car signs are created on a white flexible magnetic sheet.

They are available in two standard sizes 10" x 2" and 10" x 4".

Standard Magnetic Car Signs

Our standard magnetic car signs are created on a white flexible magnetic sheet.

They are available in two standard sizes 16" x 10 1/2" and 18" x 12" plus larger custom sizes.

Each sign is considered a custom sign and we will e-mail you a draft before any cutting is done.

Window Signs

There are 2 types of window vinyl laminates:

    • Inside of Window - This is where the vinyl is cut in the mirrored form and the view is from the adhesive side or both sides.
    • Outside of Window - This is more typical and is where the vinyl is cut and placed on the outside. Normally, the view is only from the outside, but can also be viewed from both sides.

     

    The Window Sign is essentially a "Decal" described above. Just note if you would like the mirrored format if you're putting it on the inside.

    Banners

    Banners are white woven weather resistant nylon sheets. Vinyl will adhere to the sheets and withstand outside weather.

    Yard Signs

    Yard Signs are corigated plastic that comes in a standard 24" wide by 18" high size. The signs them selves come in the 5 basic colors (white, red, green, blue, and yellow) with white being the most popular.

    The above sign is utilizing 4 colors (standard = 1 color), 6 lines of text (standard = 3 lines) and 2 logos (usually no extra charge)

Miscellaneous Laminations

Laminations come in various sizes and numerous uses. Below are a few of the possibilities:

    • Pin Stripping - These laminations can be used to enhance your vehicles exterior.
    • Window Etching - There is a Window Etching vinyl that simulates an etched window. Again, be careful that no part of your design gets smaller than 1/8".
    • Paint Masking - There is a vinyl designed to be a mask which can easily be removed after applying paint.
    • Removable Vinyl - This vinyl is similar to the Paint Masking, but is a normal vinyl that can be removed and re-applied several times (if done with care).
